Severe Storm Impacting Eastern US

Due to the severe winter storm traveling across the US, in an abundance of caution and the safety of our employees, we will be closing all operations Saturday January 24, 2026 at 12:00pm EST.

No orders will be fabricated on Saturday or Sunday. Customer Service will be available from 10am-12pm EST to track shipments and answer questions. We anticipate re-opening Monday January 26 at 8:30am EST, although some fabrication may still be delayed.

This storm will also significantly impact service for shipments scheduled for delivery on Monday, and possible Tuesday. UPS WorldPort in Louisville KY will be closed on Sunday.

Impact on Deliveries of Orders placed Friday 1/23/2026

The storm will disrupt flight schedules on Saturday and Sunday, causing the following impacts:

  • Saturday Deliveries: Orders shipped outside the storm's path should arrive as scheduled. However, please remember that UPS cannot guarantee delivery times during major weather events.

  • Monday/Tuesday Deliveries: These will face the most significant delays. Packages intended for Monday will likely arrive Tuesday at the earliest because outgoing flights from Louisville will likely be grounded over the weekend.

Please visit UPS.com for the very latest updates and to track your order.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Our team will be monitoring the impact of the storm and will post further updates on our website and social media channels.
